I seriously couldn’t believe that it has been six months since my last post, where does time go?? Apologies for the lack of posts, I just haven’t realised I have been on the “missing blog person list” for such a long time, thanks to wordpress for reminding me by email on Monday!
AS I said clearly time goes by too quickly when you are having a good time (Dear Madonna I love your confession on a dance floor album, but how can you say Time goes by…so slowly?! that’s a lie!!)
I have turned 32 last week, so this is the proof that time flies quite fast,as I am not 25 anymore.
I have been travelling and cooking, and the usual stuff as normal but somehow I forgot about the blog, sorry! I have been back and forth from Miami a few times, went to the South of France for a lovely family holiday and went to the Italian riviera to celebrate my husband’s birthday and to spend time with my family, in between aperitifs and dinners!
On a lovely relaxing evening out with Coco overlooking the sunset with a glass of prosecco I suddenly realised, it is time to post something on the blog. I keep well as usual, just one year older damn it…I do have the feeling that people always overshare with social media, me included, and probably that’s why I haven’t felt like posting for a while, but I am back with some amazing memories of travels and good times to share with you.
To the next post….hopefully sooner than later!
In the last few days so many things happened and I have been through so many emotions in just a short period of time, Thursday morning I was getting ready for my best friend wedding and I just started to cry, out of the blue, because I am so happy for her found happiness. At the ceremony, I was smiling and clapping my hands when I broke down again…her gorgeous daughters wrote a reading on their own that was so sweet and full of love that made my heart to break, what a wonderful day we had and I wish so much happiness to the newly married!
The day after we had a very early start and left for the south of France for our anniversary weekend in Saint Tropez, it was so good, so much fun, so much good food and great weather that now that we are back I feel so lost! But despite the weather here is horrible and cold, I cannot forget that today we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, how exciting! Better if I start to cook while you check out all the pictures!! Xxx
I woke up so excited this morning, today my best friend is getting married!!!! The strange thing is I am the witness and I am over excited and the bride….is extremely calm right now, good for her!!!
I found this gorgeous card for them, I think is nice because it does kind of insert my culture on their wedding day…with an old fiat 500!
So I have a few hours to go and I have to do the ironing, pack the suitcases for me and my husband for our Saint Tropez weekend …. Need to get dressed have my new short hair done….and pray for good weather! Yesterday it was so bad here, sun, storm, sun, storm that when I went back in office I was soaked to head to toe no kidding! At the moment is 20 degrees sunny and it supposed to stay, pleaseeeeeeeee stay!!!
(the dress I am going to wear for today really doesn’t come out well in pictures…but I love it!)
I will probably post some snaps later on facebook and twitter, I will try to update the blog over the weekend but we might be busy in Saint Tropez….me reading 50 shades of grey and my husband falling asleep on the sun lounger!!!
