My last post was about how much good time we had in Miami over new year with my husband and my family, it seems so far away but it was only three weeks ago!
I finally recovered from jet lag (despite mornings are always hard for me, I am not a morning person is written on my sleeping mask!), me and Coco went back to our daily routine of walking and sleeping (I am talking about the dog not me!), lots of cooking, lots of experimental baking, lots of work on the wedding planning department (come to visit my website www.italianweddinginwonderland.com ) and after been lazy for a few months I started today my new training at a local gym followed by a trainer, only 30 minutes of workout but I feel good, and I set to myself that no matter what, I have to carry on and enjoy the fitness, the previous gym I used to go for over 2 years was great, gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, pool…but I wasn’t motivated to go and I had to cancel my membership at the end of the year…I loved the exercise today so let’s hope to carry on (that’s why it’s raining so heavily here today!)
I am trying to keep the motivation up so please allow me some motivation images!!!
Being 51kg and 168cm I do not need diets, I just need to keep busy and enjoy!
My husband has a ski trip scheduled for mid February and it will be great for me, that I do not ski, to go home and spend a week with family and friends, I cannot wait, plus after that it will be the Miami trip in March during the winter music conference and spring break, it is going to be busy!!
